MHixel Prints does not accept any liability for any undelivered items or lost items in transit, we recommend tracked delivery or signed for option for piece of mind.
Wrong address or incorrect details, please make sure all delivery details are correct as MHixel Prints cannot be help responsible.
Any orders undelivered and sent back to MHixel Prints we will hold for 90 days and it will be the customers responsibility to re arrange delivery and delivery fee may occur to re deliver. Royal Mail have a minimum of 10days to class a delivery as lost so please let us know when 10days have passed and contact support at contact@mhixelprints.com
Customs Duties and Import Tax
All Customs charges and or import duties are the responsibility of the customer so please contact your local customs office before ordering and make sure you know the regulations for restricted items in your area as MHixel Prints cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.
EU customers as of July 2021 import tax is mandatory on all orders these rates will change for each EU state these are the responsibility of the customer to check any additional information.

Returns must be in original packaging, unworn unwashed and in original condition.
